Well packaged, external AC installation now smells of authority! Change approx. 10 minutes On a North American car, lift the hood and loosen the four screws under the plastic wiper cover on the passenger side. Take out the old dirty filter and throw it in the bin. Insert the new filter into the plastic bracket with the airflow arrows down. Replace screws and enjoy.

My wife's VW didn't really have a filter or even a filter housing in her car. Zhukov 2010 clearly does not have this. However, you can buy one and it fits easily (just takes a long time). It was an absolute must for my wife's asthma and allergies, but if you absolutely don't need it, make sure you can use it before you buy it.

This filter fits exactly the way the dealer bought a part on my 2006 VW Beetle. It's actually not that bad to switch if you watch a few YouTube videos. Please change your filter if you haven't already, chances are it has never been changed (on at least two used bugs I've bought) and is clogged with dirt, leaves and bugs. You will breathe better!

Installation quite difficult, we recommend watching the video on YouTube. Even if you have a convertible/convertible like me, the car comes from the factory without a cabin air filter, which is not disclosed in the adverts or instructions. There's actually a pretty funny video on YouTube where a technician completely disassembled the dashboard only to find that the convertible he's working on doesn't have a cabin air filter.

I love the man parts. They are OEM for many European cars. My sister-in-law has a Q5 that I changed the oil on. It was an OEM part from Audi, made by Mann. Much better done than the Chinese filter that came out of it. I noticed that this filter is heavy. I guess there was a lot of charcoal in there. It fits perfectly in my wife's VW Golf. Their canister oil filters are well made too. I just love these parts.

Bought to use in a '99 VW New Beetle. Works perfectly. Not sure what the other reviewer is talking about, as far as I know they haven't changed the filter in those years but it works great for the 99. It was a bit tight and just needed to be screwed in properly but it fits great . From the previous owner it smelled strongly of musty dog, after a good cleaning this was only noticeable when the ventilation and air conditioning system was switched on, so I exchanged the old filter for this one…
