Okay so three major issues here-1- the gooseneck part is really tough to bend, so you can't easily get the angle you need.2- the clamp doesn't hold well, and the whole thing kept falling off my table, even when I tried to tighten it firmly, it wouldn't hold.3- the weight of my phone often caused the arm to swing around a bit, and sometimes made it drop off completely. My phone is a Samsung galaxy s9+, hardly the biggest or heaviest phone out there. But this device couldn't seem to handle it…

Very great product, happy it came earlier than was expected. But ball joint broke on first attempt to attach a tablet. Please just want to exchange or refund.

I use it to hold my tablet when I go to bed-I watch movies to help get to sleep. During the day while I'm working, It holds my cell phone as my desk needs the room for other things. The flexible mount holder arm is so heavy duty, it's almost hard for me to adjust where I need it to be, but it's an awesome product. I might need to order a second one so I don't have to keep moving it on a daily basis.

While I liked the concept and the arm was sturdy, the plastic ball joint broke within weeks of purchase. So disappointing.

This thing broke within a few minutes of me trying to adjust this to out nightstand. I hate it broke so easy cause I think this would of been something great for my hubby.

This is flexible enough to shake while using it. It is almost inflexible when trying to put it in the right place. The clamp design is decent but I have to tighten it daily.

My husband really likes his flexible mount holders. He has one in the living room and bedroom. Now he doesn't have to slump to read on his Kindle. He owns the 10" Kindle and this holder holds really well. What I like about it is that with all my husband's back problems, he can be comfortable still enjoy reading from his Kindle. Plus, the quick delivery was impressive too. Thank you.

it does bounce a bit if you knock the phone or table but otherwise holds the phone and clamps to the desk tightly That's my review.

Very dificult to stretch, it broke with first use. I'm a senior, not strong to manipulate it. Trying to position the phone the first time it broke.

I have a hard time moving it to wear it needs to be. I have to really bend it to get any movement. No instructions either but easy enough to figure out

The clamp base broke off from the base on first use. Additionally, the wire is somehow both too stiff to position easily — I hurt my arm attempting to re-wind the coil into the right shape — and the slightest nudge causes my device to sway wildly during calls.

Great product. Was surprised with durability of base just being made of plastic. I use it daily for my tarot reading business. Wont mind buying better quality more expensive model from supplier, worth the money!

I want to love this however it broke in the first 10 seconds of clamping it down . the threading on the base cleanly broke off

I am a teacher and hoped to use this to help hold my phone while I teach lessons. I need to be able to move it around while teaching, and it is simply ridiculously impossible to bend the arm without two hands and bracing it against something. This product is awful. The arm you are to move to adjust to a comfortable spot for you to use the your phone or tablet is much like bending metal. It’s extremely hard to manipulate. When you do get it to the correct spot it still moves a ton. No useful at all. I will be returning

Couldn’t unravel or move it from its original coiled state. My husband had to use a lot of force to uncoil it. base broke when we tightened into place. Very difficult to adjust. Will not be purchasing from them anymore.

Good for phones, but don't trust it to hold tablet. overall not happy with this product. it has a plastic screw mount brace and can't tighten it down tight. plus it doesn't have a lot of movement its stiff, good for it you want it to stay in one place. might have to return this item. not happy with it.

I will not say this is worthless,but it can not hold very much weight.My 7" tablet droops down considerably.If it can't hold the weight, it really can't do its job.I won't return itbut I would never recommend it to a friend
