Almost perfect but did not come with enough hardware. The hex bolt for the handle was about 1/8" too short. Typical of some of these aftermarket items. No matter how hard I squeezed the yoke with my vise, the bolt was too short to grip the opposite end. The extended heel of the palm rest is good. Some with soft skin may want to wear gloves as the handles can be a bit chafing on rough skin. It is no problem for me. The expansion handle isn't very useful. If I were to buy them again I would get a similar grip without the extension having access to put a real and adjustable extension on it.
