Mikrotik MICROTIK! MICROTISH! Everything would be fine, but the sudden death of the LTE module upsets me! And of course the device is worthy. Year worked like clockwork! I tend to believe that he died from being in a closet with actively heating equipment and high temperatures. Judging by the monitoring of its percentage, it warmed up to almost 70 degrees!

Pros
  • This is MICROTIK with all its pluses! LTE module inside mini-pciExpress. Street performance. Not airtight, but water will not flow into it.
Cons
  • Exactly after a year of use, the LTE module died ! On the Internet, LTE modules are sold separately, but the price is about 6! it's just tin! It would cost 2-3, wherever it goes! And so, 80% of the cost .

Got pros: Works stably. Pulls 2 computers for remote work (to the base station 300 meters). Different cons: The speed of the test is lower than on the phone. Gets hot. Not very strong wi-fi signal (good in the house, much weaker on the site, possibly due to the metallized vapor barrier of the house).

- I've been using the device for less than a month, so far it's set to the Internet. The router copes with its tasks with a bang - lte, nat, dhcp server :) - In the future, it is planned to use it as a backup communication channel at facilities with a connection to the central component (openvpn l2tp) with various types of installation, and that's where it should show itself. - They would release them half a year earlier, put these pieces of iron on 500 objects where a bunch of hex poe lite and

Pros
  • - LTE supports all the bands I need: FDD 3,7,20, TDD 38 (a stone in the garden SXT LTE) - Support for 3.5G, 3G, 2G (another stone in the SXT LTE garden) - Possibility of outdoor installation -PoE - Router OS features - Built-in LTE antennas with a gain of 4.5 db (which is not enough for this class) - Ability to connect external antennas via sma - In general, the router keeps a much more stable connection with respect to USB "whistles" - Complete set: poe-adapter, torx key, two screws for fastening the cover (regular and with a secret), various fasteners, there is even a wire for connecting to 12v in the car. Etc
Cons
  • - Support only Passive PoE 24v, you will have to buy a 48-24v converter - Do not "screw" the LTE interface to the bridge, in other words - do not make a modem out of a piece of iron (doubtful drawback) - The presence of Wi-Fi (subjectively, in my case, a wireless interface is not needed) - Does not show RSSI value, may be corrected in ates (less significant indicator than RSRP, RSRQ, SINR)

The goods are normal, money is not wasted!

Bought for use outside the city in places with very uncertain reception. In general, hopes were justified in places where 5 megabits were caught on the usb whistle, this device gives out 20-25, where there were no more than 2, squeezes out up to 10, in one place where there was no mobile Internet on the modem at all, I was able to catch up to 5 megabits. Works much better when placed outdoors. The WiFi antenna is rather weak, the coverage area is 2 times less than that of a standard home wifi…

Pros
  • Possibility of installation on the street, confident reception of LTE.
Cons
  • Weak WiFi, SIM card slot is not convenient to say the least.

Best I have ever used, great product for anyone!

A chic solution for a summer residence. Inside the house, the LTE signal is so-so, the usual whistle is also poorly caught. I hung this piece of iron outside, pulled the cable into the house, killed two birds with one stone. At home, Wi-Fi is now distributed by a router that receives it from the Wap LTE kit via wire, and outside the house, the Wap LTE kit itself distributes Wi-Fi, sitting in the gazebo - beauty.

Pros
  • Very high stability. Holds on to the LTE signal to the last.
Cons
  • A bit difficult to set up.

I can't stop being happy with the purchase, a very good deal!

-Someone will say "Mikrotik is difficult to set up". Guys, for a home without problems, there is a Quick Set, everything is configured in a few clicks. I have an MTCNA certificate, there are no problems with setting up, respectively)) -Someone will say "Lte speed is low". It's different for everyone, it all depends on the specific conditions of admission. I originally took it for use with an external antenna, everything works as expected for me, and even a little better. Well, in general, set…

Pros
  • Just a gun! In tandem with an antex petra bb mimo antenna in a lowland in the forest, it pulls out 40-45 Mbps on a beeline (Naro-Fominsk region of the Hong Kong Region), which is enough for me. WiFi covers a plot of 20 acres and a two-story house. It works MUCH more stable than the router-modem-antenna connection. Powered by PoE, adapter included. Outdoor performance, convenient mounting on a mast, a full-fledged router with all the goodies of a RouterOS level 4 license.
Cons
  • I didn't find it for myself.

There are pros and cons, think before buying.

Everywhere this antenna scatters like hot cakes, BUT there is not a single review. Let mine be the first. Now the numbers: on a Yota SIM card via a LAN cable 3Mbps, via WiFi 1Mbps for both download and download, ping for 150ms, although a regular modem loads 13Mbps to 19Mbps, respectively, ping from 15 to 50ms. That's all I wanted to say. Think for yourself. With its pros. Design and convenience of connecting all wires. MikroTik has finally stopped making boxes with ports and "crammed"…

Low quality, I will not buy this anymore.

I will also transfer the home network to Mikrotik, I will raise the tunnel between the cottage and the house. I recommend to buy. Its pros: Flexibility and variety of settings. But you need to understand that this is not a very simple system and have basic knowledge in building networks. Cons: I got a defective copy, the modem periodically does not appear after a reboot. I will hand it over to the SC for verification.

The right product for me, there were no problems.

You must understand what you want from this device and how you will do it. Imagine that you are sitting at the console of a supercomputer and contemplating a blinking cursor on the screen. Your actions? So that the potential buyer is not very worried, it is necessary to add that some basic configuration is still pre-loaded. Something and somehow will work on your knowledge of the level of presseniki. But if you plan to continue using it on this demo configuration, do you really need it then?

Pros
  • Exceptional customization flexibility. Conditional, but protected from water.
Cons
  • You can specify the complexity of the settings, but it's like blaming paints, a brush and a canvas for the fact that you get some kind of mess instead of a picture.

A wonderful product, its nice to use.

Completely approached, performed all the functions, for convenience, a router was connected to it, so that it could catch better in the house. On the street it catches without problems, in the house it does not see Wi-Fi. To better work and catch in the house, we connected a router, it works fine. Wi-Fi is now on the street and in the house. So far there are no complaints about the work.

Pros
  • The router was taken to the dacha, where there is no connection, they hung it as high as possible in order to catch the tower. Setup was easy, no problems. Connected quickly.
Cons
  • The router itself does not inspire confidence, you need to protect it from rain and snow.

I like it, thanks for the quality product.

In general, the product solves the assigned tasks. Although, if I chose now, I would rather take mikrotik ltap mini. It is still more adapted to hanging on the wall outside. Pros: Function lte passthrough - allows you to transfer ip from the provider without nat. For the sake of this, and took, in fact. Raised first a self-written smart home, then video surveillance and storage on ownCloud. Given that the only type of communication is lte channel. I knocked out a SIM card with static, and chose
