Monoprice 6-Feet Gold Plated USB 2.0 A Male to A Female Extension Cable - White (108606) Review

This is a really handy extension cable to charge and use your iPhone or iPad with plenty of space. I always feel like I'm an inch to a foot missing where I want to sit and where the iPhone/iPad cable ends. Thanks to this extension, I have the wonderful freedom to stay connected at home or while traveling. Hotel rooms seem to be particularly useful in my opinion.

The presence of an extension cable makes it easier for me to replace the "work” keyboard with a "gaming” one. Now you don't have to climb to the office to swap them out. Everything I've bought from Monoprice so far, including a 15w tube guitar amp, gigabit switch and any cables, has worked flawlessly.

Arrived broken but when I went to return or replace it said non refundable hmm look at the product description it says lifetime guarantee! To the?! Do you make it returnable or exchangeable?! Don't worry about the lifespan, just honor your 24 hour warranty which is shorter than the time I received this product. Shame on me, I'm considering a $5 charity donation!

No need to spend 29.99 through Apple to get the extension. spend $5. It's worth it. Works perfectly. It's so nice to now be able to plug in my iPad and put it on my lift so I can watch Netflix and work out at the same time. I used to have to wait when my battery was dead. I can sit in bed and surf my iPad when the battery is low. You can buy two and add more if needed. It's worth it!

This cable is several times cheaper than other USB extension cables and much better than most. I was trying to power an LED backlight kit that attaches to the back of a computer monitor and stupidly skipped this Monoprice cable due to the low price. Oddly enough, all the twice the price cables I've bought have either failed or not transmitted any power at all! The connection is solid (not loose as some reviewers have noted) and the overall quality is fantastic. I should have gone with Monoprice

I use it to extend the cord on my iStuff. Zipper cords can be expensive, especially long ones. Just extend the existing one with this regular USB cable. Of course, you can also use it for anything else that requires a longer USB(2). By the way, I have an old USB extender that doesn't work with my iStuff. This one will. Good cable at a good price. Need a USB 2.0 extender for my Logitech USB mouse/keyboard receiver. My new PC build was causing some interference in the 2.4GHz band (most likely due to the USB 3.0 ports), causing keystrokes to drop out and the keyboard and to a lesser extent the mouse to lag.
