They creak at the entrance or whatever

Installation is easy but was skeptical about buying as the reviews say they are noisy. It's true that they're noisy at low speed, but they're ok. on road. No sound when tailgate pops up and down, only when reversing or on curbs/grass. How strange. You think they're perfect, but they're not. How much more do you have to pay for a silent kit?

06 Sierra ext. Cab 1500 4x4

These shock absorbers are really good. Swapped a Rancho 5000 set with these and the drivability difference isn't noticeable until you hitch a trailer, then they really shine. It's quiet all the time, nothing creaks or smacks, I bought it used. They look very heavy and are well made. The install instructions say they are for standard height vehicles, but I installed 2" jack blocks in the back of my truck and they work fine, no extra brackets or anything.

They work perfectly with and without a charge

I have a Chev Silverado 1500 4WD 4 door and was looking for something that would help with towing and towing. I have to say, I've wanted a set like this for a long time! They work both loaded and empty. These load-matched Sensa Trac rear shocks and Monroe Monotube Reflex front shocks work really well together! Great handling with or without a load, it doesn't matter. I love this facility! NO, Monroe 58637 Sensa-Trac Load Adjustment shock absorbers do not make noise like in a review I read. Feel

Yes they are good, the only downside is the noise, you won't hear it.

05 slivarado Everything mechanical, yes they are good, just the lack of noise, you don't hear it on the road but at low speeds when starting and getting on and off , they creak and groan. A tough challenge because they really stabilize the truck and load it perfectly with a 3500# camper. They raised the truck's tailgate (curb weight) about 3 inches after installation. The two stars are a bit steep because of the noise, but these kids didn't really start talking until about 5000 miles. Think the

Drive confidently! for parts

I paired these shocks with a set of Monroe 911501 Reflex Monotube shocks on my 2002 Chevy Silverado 1500. got out and had to go. These new shocks have greatly improved ride quality, handling and braking performance. The ride is firm but forgiving, and the tires feel solid on the road. There was a lot of body roll with the old dampers in corners. At times it felt like my truck was losing traction, but the new dampers correct the roll. I confidently take the curve. Improvement! for Shocks

I bought these to replace worn shocks on a 2005 Silverado. I tow almost every day and those bumps make a huge difference in how my truck is towed. Monroes have far less bouncing and jerking back and forth. I'm towing a 5500 lb trailer and have exactly 2 inches less sag when applying the weight of the tongue. Less feeling of being pushed by a trailer. Ride unloaded and handling is much better, much less jumping and more control. over bumps, especially cornering, and less steering vibration atโ€ฆ

Good product. Here is my review and installation tips.

Very easy assembly. I raised the rear end under my hitch with jack stands. You don't need to remove the wheels to install this product. Also, you don't have to remove the spare tire under the pickup truck. When installing GMT800 models (99-06 Sierra, Silverado or SUV models) on a truck, the bolt and nut size is 21mm. It is recommended to use wd40 on screws before removing. I used a 21mm wrench and 21mm socket on a hand ratchet. It is very easy to remove the old shock absorbers and install newโ€ฆ
