Fits everything that fits cables and connections

We bought this for our Kindle Fire and it had the typical problem: the power connector stopped working. We need to install the power cord in a special position, and the more you plug and unplug, the worse it gets. It was the perfect solution. And it had so many cords that we use it all over the house. The only complaint is the blue light at the end, it's too bright for bedroom use. If the traffic light was red, it would be much better.

Great idea but: Computer Accessories and Peripherals

So I ordered this because I love the idea of magnetic chargers and it fits in my phone case. The first kit I bought turned out to be defective so I was able to return it for a replacement. I ordered another set on July 4th and it didn't work again last night. Great idea, but should it be more durable? I plugged a charger into my bedside table to keep it from being bumped or kicked, but it still doesn't work.

Pros
  • New
Cons
  • Slightly Crumpled

Good price, a rounded rectangular tip is better than a square one.

After a long search I bought a Netdot. The reason is that all other cables have a round shape on the back of the lugs, but this one is rectangular with rounded edges. It will fit and not look weird if I'm on the phone all the time. Also, the cable is too long, the magnet is ok, not too strong. That doesn't mean it doesn't work. It's only been a few days so far, so let's tell you how long it's been going on.

Pros
  • Ideal for a small home
Cons
  • Vulgarity

I love her! fits USB cable

Have been using these since 2018 (Gen 2) Love them. Bought many sets (7) for myself and others. I've never had any problems with them. Not the fault of the product. I lost a part for my iPhone and wrote to see if I could just buy the part to put in my phone. I've been told they're sold out as they're 10th gen so I ordered a set and they're perfect. I should also add that they had a promotion to try their product for free (which did NOT affect my rating in ANY WAY). I will continue to buy these…

It pays to protect your ports in your phone!

Connections are sometimes broken by rabble caught by magnets. A good thorough cleaning helps. Plus my neighbors were so impressed they bought 2 more sets of 3 and so did I! To update. Only one adapter broke when the phone was dropped and hit the magnet directly. The adapter broke but the phone was not damaged. Simply unplug and plug in again. Problem solved and my phone is not damaged! Bought 2 more of 3! They detach from the magnets and provide quick access to your phone and protect your…

Wonderful! Electronics

Pros - Super Comfortable - Durable Nylon Braid Cons - Lightweight Attributes: 4 Ease of Use: 5 Value: 3 Attributes This magnetic charging cable is amazing! This makes connecting to charge even easier than wireless charging. This comes in handy when I need to connect in the car to activate Carplay or Android Auto. The nylon braid is also very good. This makes it very durable. The only thing I don't like is the light blue indicator light. It's usually nice, but it's not that convenient to use…

Disappointed Compared to the old version

I bought my first NetDot 3 years ago and it was amazing to the point it took a very long time to charge. I was hoping it would be of the same good quality but unfortunately it isn't. The very first thing that struck me was how weak the magnetic field was. If there was a slight jolt or movement, the connection between the magnetic cable and the magnetic adapter simply broke off. I tried several cables and adapters and they were all the same. I even checked my old NetDot magnetic cables/adapters…

  • Delivery was very quick

Reliable computer accessories and peripherals

These cables aren't cheap plastic products, they're braided threads and metal. I've bought several pairs and have had my friends' phones and kids' phones converted into them. They fit in my phone case (should have a case I'm a dude. Nuff said lol) with all the hassles. I wish they had made one with a 90° angle, my only wish.

Pros
  • Not cheap, but decent
Cons
  • Infinitely slow

Good idea on paper.

Have been using them for a few months. I like the idea of having a connection that doesn't wear out the charging cable and input for my phone. However, attaching magnets to each end doesn't work for me and should be considered for anyone else who has their phone or charger around metalwork. These magnets collect steel filings from grinding and clog the joint, essentially destroying the interface between them. That's worse than charging cables, which wear out every few months. Would love to see…

Strong magnets, not "fast charging " but close enough

9/20/2019 Update: It has been almost a year since I received these and after seeing all the reviews and pictures on this product I felt I should intervene. I use the same adapter head on my phone between two phones and while it's a bit messy it's still perfectly fine and works great. I don't take it out often or drop my phone. Original Review: Received these today and was very excited. My current device uses USB-C, but I have a lot of micro-USB devices where the constant plugging and unplugging

Mixed feelings about cables and connections

Great idea and product. Unsurpassed and so easy to use and operate with one hand in the car etc. I wish this was the standard for all phones and computers like MacBooks back then. Cons, it's very easy to turn off if you don't want it. The usual way to disconnect this cable is to break the magnetic "seal" on one of the corners and pull on the cable. The problem is that if you leave your phone on a surface that isn't entirely flat, you'll have to deal with this issue. Try placing it on a car…

Magnetic tips limit cable wear.

I bought the Net Spot charging cables because of my frustration with lightning cables. I usually leave my iPads plugged in when reading or using, and I don't think the cable will last more than two months. I figured something that would shut off when I tightened the cord would solve my problem. To a certain extent it has. The iPad's Lightning connectors wear out quickly when used while charging, and I only had to spend quite a bit of money to replace one of them. The idea was good and using…
