good quality, the best among battery connector cables

I bought these to extend the charging cable, they worked great, the cable is aluminum and a bit stiff but it looks like 14 gauge, I wouldn't use them as a jumper wire as the wire is too small for that. The terminals have good spring tension and grip the wire soldered to the terminal better than a cheap compression fitting

Pros
  • Very good value for money
Cons
  • I will add later

Cheap but workable battery connector cable

The handles on the radio side slip off so easily that one of them was in the bag when it arrived. Thin wire, good quality. The best thing is the spring pressure and the bite on the teeth. Use them with the connectors cut off on a solar charger. Not strong enough for high performance, but good enough for this purpose. Higher force and Xoudl grip slipping will cause injury. I needed something quick before the trip, they really cost a few bucks less than what I paid.

Pros
  • Pretty packaging
Cons
  • Problems

Good current clamps for small 12 volt devices

These clamps are not designed to jump start a car. I bought these to power my small air pump battery. The pump came with a cigarette lighter or auxiliary plug, but I don't like using it for something that uses more power than a cell phone. To me, the wires in them aren't that big for something that draws 8-10 amps. These clamps are perfect for my application. Wires are actually more than air pumps. The plastic sleeve slips off when you pull it, but a few drops of superglue on each fixed that.

Pros
  • Best in the niche
Cons
  • Legacy model

Ideal for electric fences.

This is a great and affordable option for solar panels. I bought an entry level power supply for a goat pen and had a hard time finding cables that weren't included. I didn't realize the size of the "ring" on these terminals, but figured I could easily cut it off and wrap the wire around the hot/ground terminals. Imagine my joy as I received these clues and the rings fell onto the pillars like a glove! They don't attach to the fence wire as well as a specially made set of cords, but they're…

  • Not bad, but...

About what you expect for the money, not 30A.

In real life they are the same as in the photo. The clamps are quite flimsy, the PVC cover is loose and can slide off. The wires appear to be of normal quality and are soldered into the terminal rather than just soldered. They are exactly what they look like and what you would expect for $9. Not heavy and if I had to use them every day they would almost certainly fail within the first month. But if you just need them for a random DIY project, they'll get the job done. Note that these wires are…

Pros
  • Absolutely amazing!
Cons
  • Not bad
