Does the job - fuel line disconnect tools

Can be awkward to use and pinch fingers with scissors. Tougher than plastic counterparts but slightly easier to work with.

Pros
  • GOLS certified
Cons
  • Ugly packaging

POORLY made and WILL NOT fit my Ford

Claimed to fit 1990 and newer Ford vehicles. Doesn't fit my Ford. Quality is so bad. I believe the poor quality is the reason why it doesn't fit.

Pros
  • Consistent test results
Cons
  • Poorly thought out

May work on some but not 1998 4.0 Ford Ranger

I purchased this item to remove the in line fuel filter from a 1998 Ford Ranger 4.0L SOHC. Presumably it should work as advertised. Not. It doesn't fit in the quick release.

Pros
  • Delivery was very quick
Cons
  • Crumpled

Doesn't quite match the description.

I purchased this item to remove the in-line fuel filter from a 1998 Ford Explorer 4.0L SOHC. From the description I was under the impression that it was specifically for this purpose, but when I tried to use it I found that it didn't match the inside of the locking ring it was supposed to release. Very disappointing and as I live in the UK a very expensive mistake considering postage costs.

Pros
  • Decent Performance
Cons
  • Miscellaneous Miscellaneous

Fuel line disconnect tool. NO!

I bought this tool to help with um. what it is to be used for. lol and i tried to use it on 99s-10, 2001 hyundai, 2003 dodge intrepid, 2000 ford focus, 2000 toyota corolla and others. . needless to say it doesn't work at all. I still have it and am waiting for at least one car that fits. If I find a use for it, thanks for filling space in my toolbox, I'll update this review.

Pros
  • hands free
Cons
  • very expensive
