Great price for the same tool they all sell.

This set comes in a very nice carrying case along with all the right adapters needed to use this item in all applications. The light green color ensures that the tool will not be lost or overlooked. This is the same tool as Snap-on, OTC, Matco and many others. The arms are strong, thick and strong. No deflection when removing from the balancer. The only downside I noticed was that the green paint on the puller arms makes them a little thicker and they catch a bit in the tool's pivots making…

Pros
  • Easy to read control panel
Cons
  • Not as thick as other picks

Works as intended AND in motorcycle steering shaft races!

I needed this for a Gen 3 LS engine a few months ago and it pulled out an old balancer with ease. Since there were so many positive reviews here, I didn't write more about them. Tonight I ran into the problem of pulling the lower steering shaft out of a vintage Japanese motorcycle. The barrel is located at the bottom of the tube and is recessed so you can't knock it out with a drift from above. The manual listed a specialty tool that is no longer made and costs about $40 for a modern tool that…

Pros
  • High marks for support and durability from testers
Cons
  • Vulgarity

Easy to use. A very good quality. Great price compared to others. My 2008 Dodge Grand Caravan SXT 3.8L V6 has had a front crankshaft seal leak for a while. Usually a drop or two at night. A few days ago he started leaving softball sized puddles. I had quite a hard time finding the tool I needed for this and finally settled on this tool. The only very minor issue I had was that it didn't fit directly onto the harmonic balancer as the arms are too thick to fit into the balancer's holes when…

Pros
  • Everything is fine!
Cons
  • Expensive
