Works as intended AND in motorcycle steering shaft races!

I needed this for a Gen 3 LS engine a few months ago and it pulled out an old balancer with ease. Since there were so many positive reviews here, I didn't write more about them. Tonight I ran into the problem of pulling the lower steering shaft out of a vintage Japanese motorcycle. The barrel is located at the bottom of the tube and is recessed so you can't knock it out with a drift from above. The manual listed a specialty tool that is no longer made and costs about $40 for a modern tool that may have worked. I was looking around my store and saw this puller. I saw a video of a guy using a puller that stuck into the steering column and held tension on the levers while someone else scored a race. Since I had no helper, I turned this puller over with my hands. All three hands wouldn't fit in the hole, but two would. I used a 1/2 inch extension between my arms to keep them under tension and then used a barbell over them to turn the treadmill off. Within 2 minutes the treadmill showed up. It's a great tool and has more than paid for itself. for themselves.
