I bought two of these towel warmers for my bathroom. The first installed with no problems. The second contained two set screws that were easily removed with the supplied hex wrench. First, the one I received is more copper colored than oil bronze. Not a very attractive color but I hate sending stuff back in the mail so I kept it to myself. Second, the included anchor bolts were just terrible. Luckily my shop has a lot of much better anchors so I don't have anything to replace, but the average person may have to drive to the hardware store to buy better anchors and screws. No, it's not weakened. Before you install and tighten the tiny mounting screws, you must tighten the internal screws that attach the heated towel rail arms. Installation is not difficult and no 3 hands are required. I have already installed it twice because I had to tighten the screws on the inner arm of the towel radiator. Looks good, is a good size and does the job. I'm not used to having a shelf there and I've banged my right hand and palm on it several times while changing my shirt and it didn't show any weakness that I can tell. It was a bit tricky to assemble but I did it in less than 30 minutes including opening the box and previewing the instructions.
