HELP. Revine, this is not a review.

My husband bought this Panasonic iron from you six months or eight years ago. I sew a lot, since then I've been using the iron and I'm very happy with it. However, recently my dog ran into an ironing board and dropped the iron on the floor. Accident. When I picked up the iron, I was surprised to find that the tip of the plate had broken off. I've tried ironing with this but the broken edge of the plate sticks to any fabric I iron. I found that the iron only has a 30 day return policy but I…

Save money on Rowenta

I bought this product in 2014 and loved it for almost two years while it was fine. It got the job done and was very easy to use. What was very annoying was that after the 2nd year the whole front part of the product started to fall apart - both the plastic and the metal plate. I stopped using it when the ends of the metal plates started leaving streaks on the fabric I was ironing. Being a huge fan up to this point, I contacted Panasonic customer service to see if they could fix the product for…

The sole is excellent but the feet will not stand.

This iron is the first time I've spent more than $20-30 on an iron. I loved it for the shape of the sole which suited me as an impatient ironer and left handed. However, it has one fatal design flaw - the outer casing and legs are made of fairly flimsy plastic. The iron tipped over today after about 7 months of use and one side of the plastic leg broke off where it screws into the body of the iron. This is irreparable and since the iron can no longer stand, the iron can no longer be used. I'll…

It really speeds up and simplifies the work.

This iron requires the user to be willing to change their mindset away from the traditional iron. As you begin, think about the effectiveness of your movements. You don't have to iron in one direction and then pick up the iron and move it back down, and you don't have to rotate the iron to iron in a new direction. You simply slide it forward to sweep one side, move it sideways to switch lanes, and slide it back to sweep the other lane. This saves time, but also relieves your wrist because you…

King Iron and Seven Shirts

I'm a bit obsessed with buying the right things for my life. I double check my purchases because I'm tired of buying poorly made products that either don't work or don't work. I use an iron 5 days a week and I need it to work well for it to be a pleasure to use and I don't want to pay too much for it. In my research I couldn't find an iron that I trusted or liked at a reasonable price, so I bought this Panasonic here at Revain. I LOVE IT! It received great customer reviews and once I started…

Automatic shut-off suitable for irons and steam irons

We've had this iron for about 2 years now and thought I'd write a review based on what happened this morning. This morning when I went to work to iron my clothes, I noticed that the iron kept going. At first I thought my wife had left it on a few minutes ago, but I discovered that the iron had actually been on since morning. Offline for more than 24 hours. The iron was warm but not hot. The ironing board was surprisingly undamaged and the iron continued to work after I unplugged it and let it…
