I've been looking for straws for my big smoothie cups long enough. Bingo! That's it. They are individually wrapped and have a long extension. For those who complain about the plastic wrap on each straw, there is a small slit on the side of the plastic that makes it easy to tear the plastic wrap and pull the straw out! Voila! I love it.

My better half is pretty much total grooming. We buy them regularly and use them at home and also take them with us when we travel. We recently had a long trip and went out. I was so glad we had a subscription: others were waiting when we got home! People always notice straws. Longer than average can lengthen or stay as is. Offer to restaurants when they are not big enough to reach the top and take a sip alone. These straws are probably longer than they should be, but we toss them in a diaper bag so they go where the kids go, and they definitely came. Also , kids love to bend over and play with them (although this may not be an advantage!).
