When I got this extender I was dying to use it. I needed a fairly small extension cord and couldn't use any of the regular "long" extension cords. The square format immediately met my needs. MOST IMPORTANTLY, the spacing between the outlets was adequate to support many small power supplies. I found the extension cord to be very durable and looks very well made. I am very happy with this socket.

Pros
  • angled plug and long mains cable: SPD with flat plug is more flexible; The low-profile extension easily fits into tight spaces; It could be plugged in behind furniture and don't risk pressing it against the wall; 1.5m cord extension makes it easier to access devices that aren't close enough to an outlet
Cons
  • So far so good

Great for home use - a little big and bulky for traveling

I use this for my WFH table and it works amazing. I like that it's square as it fits more easily on a table with the type of table I have. Also, it fits perfectly, works well, no complaints. There were no comments on the quality. The cable is easy to position due to its unique orientation. Everything seems to be working fine for the past month - it's been a while and it's still working.

Pros
  • Widely Spaced Outlets: The outlet extension bar has enough space for plugs to fit bulky AC adapters and standard plugs without blocking adjacent outlets
Cons
  • Can't remember

Good Size Electronics

I wanted an extension cord for international travel. It was 220 volts and had enough plug spacing to accommodate larger camera battery chargers but had a fairly small footprint. Since most electronics are dual voltage 110-240, it's probably easier to have a single adapter strip than having multiple adapters (and outlets) or planning which device will charge and when. The strap looks well made and I love that the cord is only 4ft and not the 6ft of other Revain models. The power button has a…

Works well but loses a star for reliability

I bought two of these and they do exactly what I wanted at a reasonable price. I often charge up to two devices at the same time (iPad, iPhone, power bank, Bluetooth speaker, etc.) and they charge at a 'normal' rate, similar to a dedicated charger. The utility is great, they are tucked away on the floor at the end of the sofa and provide outlets for lighting and convenient charging without having to hunt for chargers and then somehow plug them into an outlet behind the sofa. However, after 6…

Broke in three months

We tucked it under our sofa in the living room to conveniently connect all of our devices. It was fine for a couple of weeks but has gotten progressively worse since then. Now, three months later, he hardly ever works. The first thing to do was the USB plug. The inner tooth broke in my cable. That leaves us with two USB sockets - it still works great! A few weeks later the second fork broke. It was around this time that we noticed the device starting to chirp softly every half second or so…
