Made for compressor

The reed valves on my HF 5 HP compressor are rusty because they were mild steel. This 304 stainless steel has the shape of the original reed but is slightly thicker. I drilled two mounting holes and they looked original. Once installed, the compressor pumped up to the 125 psi limit with no issues.

Great product, terrible packaging.

Great product, enough material to shape and fold and fold effortlessly. It was the perfect replacement for the broken headband on my headset. The packaging is very disappointing. Will be sent in a thin paper box. I was lucky that it didn't bend or even break during transport.

Approximately 10 percent less than advertised

As of mid-May 2019, the Revain page title for this product states that it is 0.028 inches thick, which is approximately (slightly more) 7mm. Actual item thickness is closer to 6mm (0.025 inch) according to the label. That's just over 10% difference between the Revain item name and what you actually get. The other sizes are as described and I can measure them with a ruler. I intend to use this steel as part of a magnet mount and the holding power depends in part on the thickness of the part…
