Massive PITA to install.

Those little ******** - PITA to install I can't even formulate the obscenity I invented making about 27 cubes with these things. It took a couple of days and when you get in there with a drill you can't tell the screws are tiny and they don't fit the rails like the factory ones, you have to screw them in somehow and they don't really sit all the way, they're on End up just "good enough". But they do their job I think, and cheaply.

Pros
  • Pleasant to use
Cons
  • No power

Cheap junk good for hardware

The original frame (plastic) lasted 18 years, the new replacement frame (also plastic) lasted 18 days! I don't understand why they make them so cheap; For literally a fraction of a penny a part, you can cast it in better quality plastic. In any case, it goes without saying that if you are looking for bulkhead railbox sockets I would advise you to look elsewhere and spend a few cents more and get a better quality or you will be replacing them again soon like I am.

Pros
  • Few competitors
Cons
  • No machine

Broke after three months of use.

I don't know what else to say but the bottom of the rail broke off and upon inspection I noticed that the corner part of the rail where the vertical meets the horizontal has thinner walls than the rest of the route. . My guess is that the caterpillar couldn't withstand the stress placed on it (which honestly wasn't much). It may be good for some, but after three months of use I can't recommend it and won't be buying it again.

Worked a month then broke

Ordered these to replace another set of the same item which broke less than a year later. Interchangeable mounting bases worked fine for about a month and then broke. They reportedly weigh 75 pounds each, and two of them supported a drawer that weighed well under 20 pounds. So two orders of these sockets were used on the same drawer and both broke after a short time with light use. This is simply unacceptable. I replace them with steel and do not advise anyone to use them to repair their…

Exactly the part I needed to fix the box.

They are actually a bit heavier than the original sockets in our break front so hopefully they will last longer. (The originals lasted about 15 years before cracking and breaking.) I would caution buyers that these sockets insert a little closer to the center of the drawer than the originals. So I had to place them a bit further apart horizontally than the originals, at least in my case. In other words, the mounting holes for the new left bushing should be about ½ inch to the left of the…

Fixed a vanity that was broken for a long time

After much shopping I decided on these to try and fix 2nd vanity drawers that were broken and a huge source of frustration for me . The originals that came in the toilet broke. I wanted to replace the entire vanity but found it was beyond my budget. Although they don't seem to match in shape and size, they work like a charm. I had to keep the old threaded connections from the original brackets to fit these new ones into the existing holes. I used 4 other regular screws and made new mounting…

Measure and measure again.

difficult to assemble. Make sure the width of the rails matches the front and the height is the same. They seem to be stronger in every way than the old ones that have emerged. They also have stronger support. I've seen reviews saying they're weaker than the original and it's hard for me to imagine that. The time will show. It may be a different model as reviews are grouped into "similar items". The pattern of the holes is different, so don't expect to use existing holes. I had to move them…
