It works no.

Worked great for about two months (February 18th to now) and then suddenly stopped working. The battery that came with it still works because I tested it with the old key I had. Tried reinstalling like first time doesn't work. I wasn't asking much for a $10 key, I just wanted it to last longer.

Pros
  • Easy to use
Cons
  • Not as thick as other picks

You can see the difference between shares and not.

You won't notice the difference between the stock key and this one. You can either spend more than $100 and give them to a local locksmith or program them yourself. You need two function keys to program them yourself. See how to program them on YouTube and it should help you. Definitely worth the price.

Pros
  • Best
Cons
  • Long delivery time

Programmed it at a Dodge dealership for $80 but the remote stopped working yesterday, took about 3.5 months. So I can't use the remote to unlock or lock the doors or open the trunk. At least I can use it to start the car and open the door with the emergency key. This is normal, but will only last for a while. If you're looking for the long term, buy the original.

Pros
  • Certified
Cons
  • High price

Great for 2009 Dodge Charger. Self-programming was easy.

Worked great on my 2009 charger. I had two keys (both can start the car) so I could program it myself. You watch the flashing light and can see within 10 seconds when the key is programmed. He should be able to start the car and immediately open the doors and trunk. I was able to take the key out of the old fob and put it in the new one with no problem. I'm glad I found this on Revain, it saved me some money.

Pros
  • Excellent overall performance
Cons
  • Upgradeable

This worked great for about 9 months.

I bought this to replace the factory keys on the charger. The buttons on the originals were worn out / stopped working. This one worked great for about 9 months but now the buttons are going where they don't work. So if you are looking for a long-term replacement, you can opt for a higher quality key. But at $40 it's a lot cheaper than the dealer so I'll probably order another one of these. You have to start the car. If you do not have two working keys, you will need to have them programmed by…

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • Not sure
