Description of 🛏️ Restorology Ultra Plush Weighted Blanket - Multiple Sizes for Children & Adults - 20LB - 60" x 80" - Navy Blue

CHOOSING A WEIGHT - For children and young teens we recommend a blanket that is 10% of the body weight plus 1 or 2 pounds. For Adults 10% of body weight is recommended. Our blankets become longer as the weight increases to accommodate young children and full-grown adults. LUXURIOUS REMOVABLE MINKY COVER - The Restorology Weighted Blanket comes with a soft and therapeutic removable cover made from a high quality Minky material. DUAL CONSTRUCTION - The removable cover is machine washable for easy care. Simply wash the cover cold on gentle cycle and dry on gentle or air-dry if preferred. The removable cover helps preserve the weighted pellets from wear and tear in the washing machine making sure that the pellets are in great shape for years to come.

Great for kids with ADHD!

We received the blanket earlier this week. The shell is very soft and the insert looks well made. It was easy to insert and secure the liner into the shell. I bought this blanket for my daughter who has ADHD and anxiety. She usually has a hard time falling asleep, but since using this weighted blanket, she has found it much easier to fall asleep. She said she loves the blanket! (She's a teenager so what she said is a big deal!) I can't believe I waited this long to get her.

- Nice weight.

I have mixed feelings about this duvet: - Maybe I overestimated my weight.? I weigh about 130 pounds and bought a 15 pound blanket. the weight of this thing is no joke when in the middle of a dream the blanket is rolled onto the corner of your bed and you try to cover yourself with it. Every time that happens I do a mini workout. - The ceiling is funny. The inner ligaments were torn off, which didn't help me in my attempts to roll over and settle into this massive ceiling. - The weight feels…

Ideal weight if 15 pounds is too much for you.

I wanted one but my husband didn't. We have a large double bed so I only use it on my side. All other weighted blankets felt too heavy and were as small as a blanket. That's great. 12 pounds isn't very heavy, I only use it over a sheet (didn't put a removable cover on) and I don't need another blanket most nights and we keep our room a very cool 68 degrees. I also really like the size. It never looks too tight or short. I LOVE this blanket!

Was a gift for my sister and she loves it. She lives in the Rocky Mountains, where it is very cold for more than half a year. Born and raised in California, she has to sleep with a heating pad at night. Her husband's complaint about this comforter isn't related to the comforter itself, but that the glass beads being heated by the lining on her side of the CalKing bed are transferring heat to his side of the bed, which is too much for him . He's also a boy from California, but he moved to the…

That was the answer when the drug didn't work

I suffered from restless legs syndrome for several years. I took medication for it, but it suddenly stopped working. My doctor said there was nothing more we could do and it would only get worse with age. Someone suggested I try a weighted blanket. Oh my goodness! It really works! I love this shop! I even took it with me when I traveled by plane. It went through airport security but my bag was manually searched each time. It's heavy but not too hot (I live in Florida). I just folded it 4 times…

Amazingly effective

Like most others who have purchased this blanket, I have trouble sleeping. My problem has always been that no matter how much sleep I get, I always wake up exhausted and have no energy during the day. In fact, since using it for the first time, I can wake up refreshed for the first time in years. Even on days when I sleep less than usual, I don't get as tired as without a blanket. I will say that I do not use a bedspread. I found that while the cover is very soft and comfortable, the duvet…

Cozy, soft, feels nice Weight

Always wanted to try this but was a little nervous about the price. Luckily, in exchange for my honest review, I was able to get one at a discount. I have the 15lb Navy version. The outer shell is very soft, which is one of my requirements for blankets. I wouldn't say it's the Navy; it was more of an indicolite or muted royal blue. Very nice color. The weighted part has small loops that you can tie a cover for. I was surprised at how difficult it was to maneuver. I wanted to do a good test so I
