I am buying for my mother. She is well over 50 and has shown interest. Bought it for the first time in late 2020 and this particular piece is her third. she loves them

Excellent set. If you're familiar with these sets, you know what to expect. This is not a puzzle where the pieces fit together, this is a real crafting experience. But very cute and happy collecting!

The biggest problem I had was color. When applied to furniture, it turns out to be terrible. Since it's wood I might use wood stain to do this. Another thing is that the instructions for the table are a bit confusing. I personally would love to make this product again with better color and instructions. Otherwise, this is a good product for a beginner.

This kit is not bad. I changed it a bit and I like it better. The instructions are in poster format and some places are vague. The color that came with it is useless. Worst of all, the scale is completely disabled. I like to save things from kits and mix and match. This kit makes that impossible. It was supposed to be 1:24, but everything seemed too big for that. So I measured, and everything turned out to be close to 1:15 scale. I will not buy this brand again.

Had to do it over Valentine's weekend and a month later the project is still incomplete. The pieces are of good material and I enjoyed using my own paint/paper to decorate the space. The instructions are confusing as they contain items that are not included which leads me to believe they use a universal instruction manual for different models. I had read other reviews so I knew this set is different from others from this brand. I've already built some of their other kits, so didn't mind working a bit. It's not as good as the other kits, you have to paint everything yourself and there is no lighting (good or bad depending on how you look at it!) so it's not as expensive as the other kits. If it had been my first or I hadn't known why it was cheaper before I bought it, I'd probably be a little disappointed. But I didn't mind painting…

I've done several RoLife projects including bedroom, library, gardens and some other explorations. This is the weakest of the set and while the end result is decent I wouldn't pick it again. Unlike other projects, you don't get an instruction booklet, but rather three different giant instruction sheets that come tightly folded. They're awkward and difficult to understand, requiring you to search and search to find the right part. Also, EVERYTHING needs to be painted and cut from a wooden board.
