Great product, best in shocks, struts and suspension

These things stood up right away. The installation was completed in less than an hour and I'm NOT a mechanic. The Tahoe has been leveled and there is plenty of room for adjustment.

Pros
  • cool product
Cons
  • slightly dented

Best Torsion Wrenches

Don't waste your time on cheap torsion wrenches, buy them and that's it, the best torsion wrenches for these trucks drive better than they used to

Pros
  • Heavy Duty
Cons
  • Easily Torn

Easy update is best on shocks, struts and suspension

I took them to my local mechanic who took me an hour to install them which cost $100 and $65 for alignment. Perfectly aligned truck, looks good and drives great!

Pros
  • Easy to use
Cons
  • Some difficulty

Rough Country breaks through again!

Local shop did the fitting and adjustment of the 4 wheels. This helped me straighten out my 02" Silverado. Now I can use 32" tires. I recommend to anyone who wants to get rid of the stock front rack.

I love the height: Chassis

My mechanic installed an alignment kit with Bilstein shocks and it actually gave me almost 4 inches of lift due to the worn shocks. I love it - no issues with squeaking or instability. Mileage since installation approx. 400 - the car was only driven off-road at the weekend.

Pros
  • This is great
Cons
  • Negative impression

Easy Installation for shocks, struts and suspension

Easy Installation You can't do without a GM Chevy Torsion Bar Unloader! took about an hour for both sides! I raised the front of my 2002 Avalanche, didn't even need a front end alignment, my only mistake was putting it on, I overtightened it, which I fixed by simply loosening the 18mm screw, no more inclined front for me.

Pros
  • Easy to read control panel
Cons
  • Upgrades

Easy to install Works with body and suspension raise kits

Mounted on a 2005 Tahoe and ready to watch YouTube. I found the key change to be the easy part. I found changing shock absorbers more painful. I used a socket extender to knock out the torsion bars after hitting both sides with a blast. I made it easy but I live in South Texas and the Tahoe was left in the garage so no rust.

Pros
  • Rugged construction
Cons
  • Generally ok, but...

Great Product: Replacement Parts

Installed on my 2006 Tahoe. Removing the old torsion wedges was a big problem as the torsion bars were rusted. Even after soaking in penetrating oil for days, I had to heat up the old keys and pry them out with a demolition hammer. After that, a new installation was possible without any problems. You'll have to tweak the buttons a few times to get the right level, but the Tahoe looks great and there's no difference in ride quality. Highly recommended if you want to get rid of the looks of your…

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • unreliable

Couldn't be happier. Front and rear are now sitting at 40 inches.

I was going to use another brand but decided to use a well known brand. I have a 2001 Suburban LS 1500, the rake looked terrible, I wanted a level and more. On the back I used a set of 1.5" standoffs and on the front these dowels. Installing the front took 20 minutes max, this was designed for the job with the right tools. Couldn't be happier. The front and back now sit flush at a height of 40 inches. I still have plenty of thread when the front decides to sit down or sag down the street where…
