Are you reading some negative reviews and still thinking about what to buy? NOT! Believe me. I applied this top coat in different ways and with different time intervals. My paint cracked and I had to repaint everything. Stay away! You will be happier that you did.

I really dislike this product. I worked really hard to get my chalk colored restoleum looking great before applying the matte polish. The areas dry white and they dry unevenly and I had to keep wiping them to try to get even coverage. I do not recommend this product!

Worked as advertised. Good sealing for coated paints. I will say that it darkens the colors a bit. If the painting you paint is smudged and you used white coated paint and smoothed it out before printing, the white paint may yellow slightly. Generally very happy with the results.

I applied a coat of this color to the bedside tables and dresser which I painted Chalk Gray paint. (same brand) It holds up well and doesn't look too glossy which pleases me as I really like the look of the ultra matte chalk paint. HOWEVER I painted a small table with the same brand milk paint and it turned the soft turquoise color into a disgusting green as it seemed like it was covered in yellow on top.
