Of the 2 kits we ordered, each one is missing the test! One test kit lacked hexavalent chromium and the other lacked free chlorine. It was for my daughter's chemistry project. Not only was it very LATE, it was INCOMPLETE kits! So. We spent $75, it's too late and the project can't be completed! abominable!

I love that I can do my own water test. My complaint is in the description. As a newbie I didn't realize there are 3 different types and the one I bought doesn't cover lead and pesticides. I was very disappointed with that. Your description must include EVERYTHING that has been tested and NOT tested. So be careful which one you buy.

The packaging says there are 15 tests for 15 different pollutants. It is not true. There is 1 test for 15 pollutants. What a rip off. You need to change the description on the front of the box so people don't think you can test your water 15 times. I would and will never buy this product again.

Various tests took some time. Some are easier to distinguish than others. One of the test colors did not match at all. But the results were very revealing. I wasn't aware of some of the categories and did a little research after getting the results. Overall, the set was worth it. Based on the results, we decided to buy a water filtration system. I recommend it.

We bought this primarily to check the garage ice/water supply line for bacteria, which was eventually hooked up after the fridge had been running in the garage for a number of years (we needed more ice as our new kitchen fridge wasn't making as much ice) . like us). senior has). Instructions followed exactly. None of the test strips changed color for measurable readings for things I know are in water, like iron and dissolved solids. The bacteria test turned turquoise almost immediately, indicating a high concentration of bacteria, and the water has been tested by government agencies and other companies with conflicting results. I may have just received a faulty set but it was a waste of money.

This kit is easy to use. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. It tests 15 pollutants, including bacteria. The results of 14 tests were received immediately and it took up to 2 days to receive the bacteria. I used it to test my recently purchased private fountain. At a price I can test repeatedly throughout the year compared to a local company that costs over $100 just for a bacteria test. Very happy with this product
