Works great with my C5 Corvette, need to get the magnet in the right position to syncronise. It may take several attempts.

I recently changed the tires on my 1998 Corvette and the shop replaced a faulty TPMS monitor that stopped working years ago. This Schrader 28006 was installed and programmed in a shop (an electronic programmer was used, not a magnet with an internal programming procedure). It loads instantly and displays correct readings compared to a precision meter (Zima's meter accuracy +/- 1.5%). Highly recommended for use in '98 C5 Corvette.

Wow I've been playing around with another brand for my 2000 Corvette coupe for 6 months to get it working. I have been to three dealers and have attempted to retrain the magnet over 50 times. These sensors worked great the first time! Save yourself the pain and hassle of poor sensor performance. Spend the extra $20 on the sensor and get it. Bought four of these for the Corvette 99. These blocks are smaller than the stock rims but will fit stock rims. All units were recognized by the machine immediately after activation (you must put the machine in learning mode). I activated them with a round nail pick magnet I bought at a hardware store for a few dollars.
