More Storage, Less Space] With 3D QLC NAND storage technology, the UD70 PCIe Gen 3x4 incorporates a much higher memory cell density, allowing for greater storage capacity on a smaller footprint โ€“ up to 2TB. As an overall cost-efficient option, the UD70 is truly an all-around performer that's perfect for DIY system builders, casual gamers and video editors, and simply those who are looking to upgrade their PC. TBW=260. The warranty terms on all of its SSDs are based on whether the warranty length or TBW limit occurs first. To support a Silicon Power PCIe SSD, the system must have an M. 2 connector with only an M key. The Silicon Power PCIe SSD does not have a b notch and therefore, the b key on the SSD connector will prevent it from being inserted.

No m.2 screw for computers and accessories

Will adding m.2 screw along with SSD really kill this company's profits? I'm sure this would eliminate angry customers like me having to go out and buy an m.2 screw (usually a full set) to screw this thing in.

Pros
  • Sad wide range of hardware

Quality M.2 at a fair price

Designed for the average user. It is very difficult to give meaningful feedback. Talking about random RW speeds, throughput, etc. is meaningless to the average person, right?โ€ Let me summarize instead. It works very well for me, just as intended. The packaging was simple but secure. exactly ZERO problems with it from installation to date. On that basis, I approve of this product and if you think it's for you, say "Try it". Life is short. Why not?

Pros
  • Quick replacement
Cons
  • Minor problems

Died after only 3 weeks of use, save yourself a headache

Bought this SSD in June and only got around to installing it earlier this month. Worked very well until it accidentally died on me after 3 weeks of use. This is highly unacceptable for any storage medium and resulted in me losing everything I had installed on the drive. I'm trying to either get my money back or a replacement but I haven't heard a response from the company yet. Spend $10-15 more and buy something more reliable.

Pros
  • Complete Kit
Cons
  • No Form Required

Great budget drive Bought 3 so far and all work fine

I've bought SP SATA drives before but 2020 was the first year I tried their NVME drives. The combination of drive and NVME controller is available in all price ranges. When I bought this drive I wanted an inexpensive NVME drive for a general purpose laptop and my search criterion was a drive that is 2-3x faster than SATA but not as expensive as the Samsung 970 Pro. This drive is for you. Here are the pros and cons: Pros: Cheap (less than $0.11/GB), Reliable (I've had 3 this year on differentโ€ฆ

In my opinion the best

I received this m2 drive today and installed it as the main drive on my new game board. This is an easy setup. Although this m2 disc has a QR code for Nintendo Switch, I took a chance and installed it on my computer. So far everything has worked fine. Windows runs smoothly, fast access - reading and writing files - is child's play. One thing that interests me when buying it is that the warranty period is 5 years. I know this is a limited warranty as the files are broken or damaged and they areโ€ฆ

Pros
  • The warranty terms for all of its SSDs are based on whichever comes first: the warranty period or the TBW limit.
Cons
  • Almost never

NTI Echo software issues for SP devices

I am a huge fan of SP products first and foremost - in fact I have purchased all of their products for various hardware applications for a long 2+ years. However . Despite the phenomenal price and very reliable physical devices, SP constantly relies on third-party software to install (clone) its SSD and M.2 hardware, which is VERY, VERY buggy, making it very unhappy as it ruins the overall experience ruined. The NTI Echo software in particular is buggy, poorly designed software which resultedโ€ฆ

Pros
  • TBW=260
Cons
  • Questionable purchase for seniors
