Used with LED spot/high beam headlights (TMS LED-XT-18W30D-K 18W). I've been using it daily for about 30 days. zero problems. The screw holes are drilled too close to the heatsinks. But in general no problems. Mounted behind a tall airflow grille.

Worked well to get me enough regulated 24v from a 12v AGM lead acid battery give. The no-load output voltage on both I used was about 24.15V, which is within 1%. I have fairly low loads (lower amperage was more expensive!) so it's fine for me under load too. I didn't charge up to the rated power of 8A. (I'm an EE trained so I know what to expect.)

I am very satisfied with this purchase. I have installed LED lights (5050) on my RV under the deck rail and 24 volt LEDs.
