The quality of this shelf was great but the installation was TERRIBLE! Tiny set screws were located just above the shelf and there was very little room to turn a slippery Allen key! It took us forever to hang it on the wall. We can see why there's a wall-sticking option! Pooh! I'm very glad I only ordered one of these. Never again.

Nice shelf; However, we had to completely disassemble the device to install it as the set screws on the underside of the mount are accessible; Shelf and towel rails get in the way. The only other flaw we found was that the glass had chipped around the mounting holes; However, this was not noticeable on reassembly and one of the vertical beams was bent, which was not noticeable on reassembly. This was the perfect replacement and solution for the bathtub modernization. The new Kohler Brush nickel mounts forced me to replace the bar. However, the width was not standard; wider than 18 feet shorter than 24 feet. It took me a while to find this as it's about 21'. Also a nice new shower head so couldn't figure out how to add a clumsy holder. Instead, this shelf offers enough space and a bar to keep items from tipping over. This towel rail is beautifully made. It's beautiful, sturdy and the mounting hardware presses the shelf firmly against the wall with no gaps like some of the branded items I've installed. The only difficulty was that it didn't require a surgeon's skill to tighten the hex screws, which was a bit tricky. Use a lever hollow wall anchor if you are not leveling the stand.
