What I needed for a tiny bathroom

I have a tiny tub with a pedestal sink, so storage space is tight. I bought these after years of struggling with an electric toothbrush left on the sink. It's perfect. The plate on the existing GFI fits without cutting. Simply replace the short head screws with the included 6/32 screws. Remember this is a lightweight shelf so use common sense when choosing a load. You may need to purchase a different socket cover or modify your own to fit

I bought this for a sophisticated Google Home mini. The socket cover was GFI and I had to trim it down a bit to fit the shelf. It didn't fit due to the rounded edges on the inside. Longer screws would have helped, but my socket cover was square and the edges on the inside where it should sit are rounded. I want it to be flat, like the bottom edge of the shelf. I could maybe buy a smaller outlet cover? I'm sure it would be easier to install it on a standard outlet. The horizontal orientation of…

Good product but needs better fixing to the wall

The idea is good, but you need a rubber or at least a sanding back. I went to the local hardware store and bought a large outlet cover. Standard outlet covers are too small and show a gap when the shelf slides down and it slides down. Large outlet covers fit perfectly. I had to put a gasket over the screws holding the socket in place to get it right since the back of the shelf is about 1/16" thick. Shelves or glue a thin piece of rubber to the back, as there is simply no way to prevent the…
