I'm not sure but I'm pretty sure this company intentionally ships defective units. The stand that separates the vehicle and holds the breadboard arrived sealed in packaging as shown in the photos. The board doesn't have enough spin to bounce off a vehicle with a single prop included, so it's useless unless someone holds it in place. The rest of the device appears to be good. After reading other reviews of these glue sticks I found that regular 98% alcohol is only good for removing this stuff from your car but if you use denatured alcohol it works every time. Black sticks better than gold, so you need to figure out which glue works best for the job. The metal on my daughter's car is very thin, so I coated it with gold glue so it wouldn't pull too hard on the dent, because then you had to put it back in. There are so many different PDR kits at Revain that it's difficult to choose just one. I knew I needed certain items: a dent remover, a side hammer, a crank, a bridge, a glue gun, a reflective sheet, and a set of hole punches. This set had everything at a good price. Just purchased. Seen and learned online like PDR. First time for me, but I've done bodywork my entire life. The next step is to try PDR. The parts in this kit are excellent.
