Excellent jack and stabilizer lift

This is a good unit. Unfortunately, the connector on most trucks is connected incorrectly. Didn't work at all. I ended up wiring it hard to the RV battery.

  • Excellent overall performance
Cons
  • Upgrades available

Save money it's garbage

Wrong wiring. The work light does not work. Barely lifts my trailer which obviously doesn't fit this jack. Should have spent the money on branded goods

Defective product.: Leveling and stabilization

The product worked properly. I waited about 2 weeks for the installation after the purchase. I installed it and probably haven't used it more than 4 times and it's already out of service. Not very happy, especially after seeing that I might return. Warranty only 1 month after purchase is not good.

Pros
  • Weight
Cons
  • Discontinued model

All wiring reversed

Stupidest thing I've ever experienced with something NEW. The connector needs to be resoldered as it doesn't work on the auxiliary connector, needs to be connected to a brake light in the connector for some reason. The light also needs to be reconnected as the wires on negative and negative on pos have been swapped. I had to resolder them, and the switch is connected the other way around.

Pros
  • Pleasant
Cons
  • Could have chosen a newer model

Requires wiring to work properly

Some things to watch out for. 1) Your truck MUST have 12V on the 7 pin connector. On most new trucks, on some older trucks, you only need to add one fuse. 2) You can use it as it comes in the package if you have 12V power on the 7-pin connector on the truck side, but you need to power the engine harness, use it. , then disconnect and reconnect the trailer wiring harness. This is a very SILLY design. I have to disassemble part of the connector and connect the connector as my other was where it…

Pros
  • Consistent test results
Cons
  • Slightly cracked

The fuse box needs to work for this product to work

so I don't know if my old review is showing. I could not power this device no matter what I tried. This device will not work as is with most trucks. I have to say how is your truck. I'm not a mechanic and didn't know that. nobody tells you that, but most trucks don't come standard with hot power for a 7-pin connector. You need to look at your fuse box, unplug and insert a fuse and in some cases power that fuse by plugging it in. Luckily mine only needed a backup. I learned all this from…
