This transformer is new to me but so far it works well. It's a bit bigger and heavier than expected, but at least it's not ugly like the old Transformers. Fits well in my kitchen. I've used New Zealand appliances with no problems, including a powerful Ninja blender. Many Thanks.

I ordered a Morphy Richards soup cooker from the UK and needed a voltage converter for use in the US. This device does its job without any problems. It weighs about 13 pounds - I'm not too heavy to carry it in and out of a closet for every use. But it's no bigger than a large cookbook and looks like it's in the kitchen, so I just leave it on the counter.

Great product. I bought this to run an expensive coffee maker I bought while living in Germany. When I returned to the United States, I explored several options, including running Service 220 from my control panel to control the coffee maker. I bought this because it looks more elegant and attractive than most home power converters on the market. It's thinner and prettier than a giant black box lol. Pretty heavy but works very well! I like the design of the button so you can toggle it on and off when needed. The effect works well. I bought small utensils from Alibaba and this converter saved my life + didn't look silly in my kitchen.

I used this transformer on a coffee grinder made in Italy and it worked great! It was the only transformer I could find that was thin enough to fit behind my coffee maker, so I worried it wouldn't get the job done, especially since the grinder has an industrial-grade motor. But not only did it work great, it was completely silent while some transformers make a confusing hum, and it's been on the whole time since I bought it. I can't recommend it more highly.
