The broom shovel set is great for my needs. Helps prevent pet hair from getting caught in the broom. I love that I don't have to bend down to flip the shovel - it's really easier on my back. The dustpan works well, I don't have to move it to pick up all the dust particles. Well made product. I recommend it.

Well, at first it seemed great - I wanted to make a purchase that I am confident in. Paid extra as reviews were good, invested in my home. Good. The dust collector has a fatal error. It's not entirely flat, so dust gets trapped under the swamp. I tried different angles but I think I bought the wrong one. I'm so sad. the broom is good, but the shovel should be just as well made.

I had brain surgery in November and bought this because I couldn't bend down, but I had yet to find a way to pick up some of these in my room. It allowed me to sweep without bending and is very light. I also like the fact that the broom snaps onto the dustpan and that the dustpan has a broom comb. It's fantastic for the price and I would recommend it.

UPDATE: I've found that dust/dirt gets into the dustpan without getting under it if you don't push down on the dustpan handle. I hold the handle of the shovel with just a couple of fingers to keep it in place. It seems like a strange way, but it works. I had very high hopes for this as I had surgery and couldn't bend down. This broom is very tiring to use. It consists of 3 separate parts that need to be twisted together. As I use the number, it rotates at different times in all 3 locations. I can't do more than 10 sweeps before I have to pull the broom again. It's so annoying. In addition, the dust collector cannot simply stand alone. He can be made to do this, but he cannot easily return to an upright position. Super annoying to use.

I buy this for my small shop and use it to sweep dust and dirt off concrete floors. The shovel isn't completely flat, but that's typical of every shovel I've had. Haven't tried heating it yet, but I've heard you can put it in a hot bath to flatten it. It's fairly flat, so it works as is. The handle of the broom is long, but you can easily remove the top nozzle to get into tighter spots. I haven't found it to be off in normal use as others have mentioned. I think it's a decent broom.
