Great chemical free product

I received this in a desperate attempt to get rid of a bad build up of calcium which, believe it or not, took less than two weeks to grow to the size shown in the photos. It started small and I was able to get rid of it with a calcium based toilet cleaner, but it still grew overnight. Then it started to grow and spread like a mushroom. I was worried I got this thinking I'd have to replace the toilet next time. It has worked wonders. Most of the work is done by constant cleaning. There's really…

Something that finally works against mineral stains in toilets

I have tried literally everything on the market to remove streaks and plumbing rings in my toilets (CLR, Bleach, Bartenders Friend, Ajax, Comet and many other ready made toilets cleaner in the form of a gel). There's nothing more frustrating than knowing your toilet is clean but still looks ugly. I tried this pumice stone after reading the reviews. In short, they work in mineral deposits. It took about half a stone to clean my three toilets. Now my ten year old toilets are clean and look clean.

Poor selection of household items

I don't often write bad reviews, especially on cheap items, but I think people should be careful with this product. Not only does it not work, it can also damage your toilet. I have very hard water and no matter how often and how thoroughly I clean the toilet, hard water stains still remain on the toilet floor. I had read that this product would make cleaning hard water a lot easier, so I gave it a try the day before Thanksgiving dinner. It was a bad decision. I was surprised that the stone is…

Absolute miracle, better than any cleaning product

If I could give 10 stars I would. I can't believe how well this works! I live in an area with water that leaves brownish growths all over. When I moved into my house, the toilets had drip lines and the sinks had brownish deposits that even CLR and lots of scrubbing couldn't remove. Once I got them I just wet them and rubbed them a little and it came off. Sinks and toilets look new and clean. The best part, aside from how well it works, is that it's not a harsh chemical that stinks and freaks…

It does the job.

Nothing really to say of what has already been said. They are a bit more fragile than I expected and one of them broke in the packaging but that in no way detracts from their usefulness. The toilet in our master bathroom had built up hard mineral deposits over the past few years and nothing could leave a noticeable dent in it. Cleaning brushes, CLR, vinegar. None of them mattered. But 30 minutes with the scouring stick was finally enough and the toilet looks almost like new. It took me up to…

Crushed the ring of hard water!

I think! I have tried everything (vinegar, lime, CLR, Zep acid toilet cleaner) to remove the hard water ring from my toilet and nothing has worked. I was afraid to use a pumice stone because I didn't want to scratch the toilet, but I got the idea to replace it anyway. My house is only 3 years old but our water softener wasn't working properly and these hardened rings were appearing. They were like concrete! So my pumice stone came and I went to her - first hesitantly, then with a vengeance. It…
