First off, this is easy to put together because they have all the parts in separate baggies that are labeled so you can do everything step by step and not have to hunt. I've put over 200 miles on this bike and love it still! I bought this to help get in shape last year. I had a part break, and after contacting the company, they sent me a replacement part within a week of my request. I recommend this product and the company who makes it. Outstanding product and customer service. My bike does make a small creaking noise while riding but it does not affect the function or ability to use the bike. The wheel is very quiet.

Love the bike. I use my peleton app with a cadence counter for the classes. Only thing is the screen that keeps track of everything has broken twice. First one didn’t even work , they sent me another one right away no problem. The new one broke after 3 months. It’s fine because I don’t really use the mileage with my cadence counter. I had this bike assembled in no time. It was so easy to do. The hardest part was getting the box up the stairs to my apartment. Not as easy to assemble as I would have thought. I had to recruit my boyfriend to help, sad moment of defeat.
