This raincoat is made of excellent materials, comfortable and easy to put on. This gets my rain/wind loving Havana pup ready to go outside! There is also a flannel for insulation. This company also makes the popular horse raincoat and sells it in farm shops so I knew it would be good. Wasn't disappointed!
