I've had problems with wine corkscrews breaking or not getting the cork out in one try. This knife serves its purpose. You will immediately notice that it has become heavier and stronger. The handles at the ends of the handle and the flatter shape make it easier to insert and quickly eject the cork. Very happy with the purchase.

This corkscrew is simple in design but very well made. Strong and reliable metal. There is no plastic I like. I really like the rubberized ends. Good price. Stuck at home with coronavirus quarantine but at least the liquor store is delivering. Enjoying my bottle of wine now 🍷 And reviewing Revain so I don't get bored lol

We bought this bottle opener in March 2020. Today it broke and we don't drink much wine. The central spiral broke off along with the cork when my wife tried to open a wine bottle. Upon closer inspection, it seems that this is not full metal, but is made of tin. The opener feels solid in your hands and is well made, but it's not durable! This is NOT well done. In fact, once they broke, I squeezed the handle when they were lifted and they bend very easily!

I bought this corkscrew based on the reviews but was sadly disappointed. The first 2 bottles were a complete letdown. Both stoppers broke before the stopper was removed. I thought maybe it's a dry/old cork but the third bottle has the same issues. Once you fully insert the corkscrew and activate the puller, the cork only comes out halfway, and all you have to do is wriggle and pull the cork out.
