Users became victims
The Steem Freewallet wallet is a wallet that I have not liked and found problematic since the first launch, and it seems out of service right now.
Only one crypto could be stored in the wallet, and I was negatively impacted by such few. However, it was very easy for us to download the mobile app and create an account. So, he could easily register with his social media account.
However, user complaints about the wallet have increased in the last few years. It is very worrisome to see that the common cause of these complaints is that users are unable to withdraw money by deposit. Moreover, the developers did not give any answers or statements to refute these complaints. In addition, the support team does not answer our questions at all.
I think the wallet has a lot of problems with the privacy of private keys. Considering all these, I never trusted as I mentioned above. Currently, the wallet has been completely removed and registered as fraudulent by users. This is a very scary and sad situation. Generally, there are many wallets out there that serve better and I personally chose to use one of them
