Too big and expensive for features

Too big and expensive and ticking really loud when the timer isn't even running. That's at least a third more than the old 1500 watt heaters I used. I wanted to replace my nine inch 300 watt Optimus bowl which is no longer available. I prefer fanless heaters because the fan is just a waste of power and I figured if I just turn the power down to 400 watts it would be fine, but it's cheaply made, poorly designed and overpriced.

Both heating options are switchable on or off with oscillating options. Vibration noise is zero. It moves very quietly. There is a timer up to 60 minutes. The timer is the reason I shoot so many stars. The timer is loud. And even if you use the no-timer option, it still makes noise like it's counting down, but it doesn't have to be. In a quiet room, it can be…

Great Low Power Heater

I bought this heater for use during power outages where I live whilst hooked up to a small inverter generator. I needed something with low wattage and wanted radiant heat rather than heat blown out by a fan. It has good safeguards in the event of a rollover. Luckily I haven't had to use it yet, but when it arrived I tried it to make sure it worked. I ran it on the lower 400w setting for a short time and can say that it suits my needs perfectly. I felt warm on the 400w setting so I know it will…
