After two uses the handle locking mechanism broke and now no cleaning solution comes out when the trigger is pulled. I tried to submit a return request but was unable to submit it.

I would like to buy a Bissell Pro Heat 2 but I chose this one because it was cheaper. Not the best life strategy I've had cuz now I'll still spend $200 on Bissell Pro Heat 2 because honestly it's a poppy tail. Whatever it is, it's easy to use and easy to assemble, but has by no means made a noticeable difference on my carpets. No doubt I would not recommend it to any friend. You have a better job than you, Bissell. I'm disappointed.
