Efficient and reliable cutting tool

This counterbore is a great addition to any industrial or scientific setting. It cuts through materials with ease and its high-speed capabilities make it an efficient tool for any project. The reliability of this product ensures that it will last for many uses. The only downside is that it may be a bit pricey for some budgets.

Pros
  • Produces clean and smooth counterbores at high speeds
Cons
  • Requires regular sharpening to maintain precision

In full length?

Should have looked at the length. The short description says 801. I knew it wouldn't be 31 inches long, but he didn't think it would be less than 3 inches. Firstly, I don't know what the heck is going on in the whole world. If you order an ANSI countersink, it will be 4-8 inches depending on the diameter. Metric countersinks are almost always 1/2-2/3 the length. have a reach of 1.75 inches. There's no point in having another tool in the drawer.

Pros
  • Overall length 100mm
Cons
  • Cord is shorter than other picks

Works great for the price

Drilled about 25 M6 counterbored holes in 3/4" aluminum plate, some were 6061 and some were cast tool inserts. I used WD40 as a lube and it worked great. 6061 seems a little easier to cut than cast aluminum. Maybe cast aluminum is tougher, not sure. But it worked fine with both. The M6 countersink was definitely at the limit of what my drill press could handle. I have a tiny 1/ 3 HP Grizzly 8" drill. It went through all the countersinks but got quite hot and sometimes the belt would start to…

Pros
  • M8 head screw
Cons
  • There are new competitors
