Description of Mr Label Nylon Cable Labels Marker

TWO IN ONE: The tensile strength of Mr-Label cable zip tie tags is 13kg (28lb), means these are labels with a zip tie which are designed to label things and hold a load at the same time. They snugly wrap around the cable, take of the guess work and are intended to bundle cables with. SAVE YOU HEADACHES: When you're up to your neck in a large number of cables while wiring, chase them all down probably takes all your strength. Put two Mr-Label zip tie tags at each end of each cable, will emancipate you from the big chore, and save you a lot of headaches if rewiring is needed further on down the road. FULFILL FOR COLOR CODING DREAMS! The color scheme makes tracing cables a snap. Organize your different groups of cables with different colored labels, easy to identify the kind of labels at a glance. E.g. Power cables in Yellow, Security cables in Red, Media cables in Blue, Lighting cables in White, Telecommunications cables in Green. DIMENSIONS AND PACKAGE: Zip length: 70mm (2-3/4”)), write on area: 26mm (1”) * 16mm (5/8”). Blank label: 23.5mm (15/16”) * 15mm (9/16”), label sheet: A4. Good cable labels, suitable for cable management

I really like these plastic cable labels because they are durable. I mean I've tried paper based labels and after a while they tear and fall off. I tried plastic pins on guys that lasted longer, but eventually, after some time and the warm Southern California weather, the glue broke and they fell off. These plastic tie tags are very strong and I can see them being much more durable. They are easy to use and just the right size, not too big to hang up or get in the way but big enough that you…

Great for identifying all those cables under my desk.

They worked but I wish they were a little bigger. In addition, the blue color is too dark and the lettering is difficult to see with a thin black felt-tip pen. I will no longer use this color. I hope they change the color to light blue so all labels can be used. Size and color aside, they served their intended purpose. The price was good so I bought them and the small cord is good for tensioning line. I didn't have any labels in the box to stick to the labels themselves so the blue was too dark

Pros
  • Easy install

  • I vaguely remember

Average. Cable tie attachment works 4/5 times

I bought these to help install my new home networking equipment and chose the multi colored options to help with cable identification. I didn't use the stickers that came with it, I wrote directly on the tags themselves (it's faster that way). It seems like one out of five I've used, regardless of color, just didn't catch on. The normally audible zipper click/noise heard when tightening the tie is barely audible or non-existent in these 1/5ths and the tie loosens under its own tension. The…

LOVE these accessories and supplies

I love her very much. I am extremely organized and label just about everything. When we got a new desktop computer with new speakers and a new webcam, wires were everywhere! Someone recommended these labels to me, so I ended up buying them. And I was not disappointed. Super easy to use and lots of them. Also, I love that they give you 5 different colors. The labels adhere well to the tabs and the tabs themselves feel quite sturdy. Not only have I labeled all the cables that run under the…

Too fragile. - Cable Management

EDIT: The seller is very friendly and helpful and stands behind their products Hopefully they switch to softer plastic but in the meantime if you have a problem the seller will fix it I would only recommend this based on the seller's customer service :) ORIGINAL: These things would be great but they are too fragile. Some of them broke when I connected them to the cables.Others broke when I tried to move them to see what the label said. The plastic is too brittle and too strong for this use. You…
