I was pursuing a refund to a facility in Kentucky on Thursday, June 25 and am awaiting a refund. A piece of junk cost me $180. I love the Surface Pro but if you want it, DO NOT BUY IT FROM THIS SELLER! The first one I got has some weird issues. I have the machine set to 'sleep' when I press the power button but it acts like a 'reboot'. I bought a Surface Pro X from the Windows Store and am very happy with it. It's always on, so it starts as soon as I open it. The battery life is insane, it just runs for two days with no issues.
