GREAT IF it meets your convertible needs

First off I have to say that if you are looking for a laptop with full PC functionality then your best bet is to look elsewhere. This thing is for portability, always connected and can be used as a tablet if you need a tablet on a regular basis. I won't delve into ARM processors and such as I'm not a hardware/software engineer and there's plenty of information online about them. I review them solely from a user's perspective and according to my specific needs. I won't compare it to Apple…

Product failed after very short use

I bought this for my wife thinking the finish had overcome the product failures of the last few years but this one broke after about 45 days of little use. I was pursuing a refund to a facility in Kentucky on Thursday, June 25 and am awaiting a refund. A piece of junk cost me $180. Because of his refusal, he was charged a $180 restocking fee for broken trash. From now on I'll stick with Apple products and limit what I buy from Revain. This should be covered by the manufacturer's warranty…

Do not buy from this seller

I love the Surface Pro but if you want it, DO NOT BUY IT FROM THIS SELLER! The first one I got has some weird issues. I have the machine set to 'sleep' when I press the power button but it acts like a 'reboot'. Same thing, if I select "Disable" in the start menu, the device turns off and then automatically turns on (yes, same as "restart"). I contacted microsoft support and the woman worked with me for 2 hours to try to fix the problem but we couldn't. So I asked for a replacement…

Pros
  • Satisfied so far
Cons
  • Volume

Overall I like the product very much (hence 4 stars) but I have to say that with the loss ARM games with CPU -Power for Apple seems to lag far behind Microsoft in terms of pen and Windows Hello experience. On the plus side, I'm impressed with the design, thin bezels, screen, hinge, body feel, etc. Everything feels extremely premium, nothing short of an iPad Pro. I'm happy with the overall performance (despite known app compatibility issues) but I'm a light user so probably not the best person…

Pleasantly Surprised (Positive)

This tablet is probably best suited for those who are patient, don't use graphics-intensive programs like Adobe Photoshop or other graphics-intensive programs, and don't rely on performance. Overall, this tablet is actually pretty cool. Performance isn't nearly as great as the iPod Pro, but with this product you get a better keyboard with a hidden pen slot, a tablet with desktop and computing capabilities, and a large 13-inch screen. at the same price as the 11-inch Pro. Functionally it's…

Stunning design and battery life that kills the iPad Pro in every way

I bought a Surface Pro X from the Windows Store and am very happy with it. It's always on, so it starts as soon as I open it. The battery life is insane, it just runs for two days with no issues. Compared to my Surface Pro 6 with Intel i5, the thing is significantly faster. Some apps don't work, but the emulation works. It's really cool to be able to connect two 4k monitors without noticing a difference in performance. I just read that Microsoft is working on a 64-bit application emulation that
