My dental laboratory has closed and is now delayed by a few weeks. I needed temporary bit protection. They were so cheap I don't know why I took the risk. I'm glad I did. I was able to glue them to my upper teeth with minimal effort. They fit well and are easy to wash. I hope what my dentist does for $100 more will work.

Well this is the first time I have purchased a product like this. I have to say this is a great value. Although I wish the retainers were thinner. My first try is ok but there was room for improvement as I have a small mouth. I wanted to cut out parts that weren't needed. I tried again. This time I failed and it was very inconvenient. I haven't made my third attempt yet, but I feel like I can do all four before I'm comfortable.

I'll get a cap soon. With this kit you can easily make 4 bite guards. I was a bit scared at first, but it was instantaneous. I like them so much I won't buy one for $90 once my lid is on. I'll just make another one of these. The only thing that could be considered a scam is that biting from this product actually wakes me up at night. On the other hand, however, I can be aware of how much I grind and I teach myself not to grind.

Great product! It helped my jaw joint a lot and I didn't have to buy an expensive mouthguard from the dentist. Pretty easy to make if you read the instructions carefully. I also like that there are four of these in this set. I've had to make a second one after accidentally throwing my first one away.

It wasn't comfortable. My wife needed a night watchman but it didn't work out. it became uncomfortable to wear and caused even more pain.

Unfortunately it didn't work for me. The instructions are simple and I can see it working great as a mouth guard and teeth grinding, however I am allergic to the materials used in this product. My gums and lips were red and irritated after using it. I'm in the minority on this one as I have some sensitivity or allergic reaction to latex, some plastics, dyes and chemicals. For this reason I give 3 stars. I'll keep trying to find one that works for me.

I ruined one of my mouth guards so having a pack of 4 was very helpful. I haven't tried it for whitening, only for rubbing in in a dream. I hope to see some results or no resurfacing when I see my dentist in 6 months. I have one for home, one for travel and now another for on the go.
