Not a quality product, spend a few bucks more on good stuff

I just haven't seen or felt any of the benefits that L-Lysine Minolauria normally provides. I've bought other brands that seemed to be much more effective, but I chose this one because of the price. Definitely buy something for a few bucks more.

L-lysine monolaurin combined with indole-3-carbinol reduced my need for aciclovir from twice daily to once daily. There was so much stress in my life that I needed something to help me with my health. After trying this for 2 weeks I started to see an improvement.

Great addition! best in L-lysine

I bought this for herpes because I read that monolaurin works better than the lysine I was taking. Within two days, my cold sores were gone, and as a bonus, I noticed that my anxiety levels dropped noticeably. I read more about monolaurin and found that it can also be used to relieve anxiety and depression. I have already ordered another bottle!
