I like that it's very easy to use, has an intuitive interface which makes creating new guides simple. It also allows you to create multiple versions of your guide so if there are changes needed after publishing then no problem! The ability to have all of your documents in one place, rather than multiple copies saved in various files, really helps with administrative tasks. I’ve been able to use it without technical assistance which helped since I am not tech savvy. It was easy to navigate and everything was organized well into folders and subfolders. We've been using this product since 2011 to manage our insurance claims process, document policy changes/clarifications & new business development processes with ease! I dislike that there's no ability to add custom field types in order edit fields (eg : Date), but it has given us full control over who can make edits within an account as well how they do so once inside of their own area or "room". It's easy to use, it has many features that are very helpful in streamlining our business processes. The customer service can sometimes be slow but they do get back with you quickly when there was an issue or question! I have no complaints at all about this product.
