Most system funds are stored in cold offline wallet. Only about 0.5% of cryptographic assets are accessible in hot wallets for daily platform activities. As an additional protection, the cold wallet is not available from platform or platform servers. The amount in the cold storage wallet is required to have manual intervention by some of our board members
