I became acquainted with this exchange through revain and recently registered in it. The first positive thing I noticed is that the main charts of this exchange provide full analysis capabilities, while in many crypto exchanges for these features you have to switch to tradingview.
atomars has a daily trading volume of about $ 50 million, according to Coinmarketcap, which is an acceptable volume for a reputable exchange.
There are more than 300 trade pairs in atomars where almost all popular cryptocurrencies can be found.
The downside for an exchange operating in 2021 is that it does not yet support futures contracts, and so are atomars.
The exchange facilities are basic and do not support options such as Lend, etc. On the other hand, for beginners in trading, this exchange is a good choice, but not for other traders.

Cons
- The fee is 0.1% for Limit orders but 0.2% for Market orders, which is a bit illogical to double
- iPhone app not released yet
- Lack of support for futures contract
