Overall, they are hands-down the best exchange. Having said that, there are several solid competitors, and they better continue to improve their customer service and fee structure, or they will be toppled. I know they are making a push into their own decentralized exchange, so that will be an interesting evolution to watch, and to see if they can really compete with the best of the other decentralized exchanges.
Pros
- Great liquidity, and a large selection of some of the most reputable and important crypto assets in the industry. Withdrawals are handled smoothly and quickly, great uptime for their systems. If they have a problem, they address it with transparency and efficiency. Their UI is clean and easy to navigate, with multiple levels of charting functions and tools for the exchange. Use of the BNB token to reduce trading fees by 50% is excellent, and the BNB token itself has been a solid crypto asset investment.
Cons
- Withdrawal fees for some coins are too high. Customer support response times can by slow to very slow. They are trying to improve this, but it is still not where it needs to be for the money this exchange rakes in (from users like me). Too hard to find clear information on support for main net token swaps. They should have one page (linked on the main page) where they show the clear and complete details of what projects they are supporting main net token swaps for, rather than searching for this by token/project name. Due to their high listing fees, they sometimes don't have the crypto assets I want. For newer tokens, their popularity can be a minus, as it is well-known that you want to purchase tokens before they get on Binance, due to the likelihood of a price jump once it is listed here.
