Bitfinex
Bitfinex is a cryptocurrency exchange and trading platform which was founded in December 2012 and has it headquarters based in Hong Kong. It started with Peer to Peer Bitcoin exchange and then offes digital asset trading services to all it users.
Bitfinex suffered a huge loss in 2015, losing about $40,000 of its customers exchange to hackers and sometimes in 2016 about $73 million was stolen from customers account.
Bitfinex is currently regarded as the world largest cryptocurrency trading in volume.
Initially Bitfinex accepts deposit in cryptocurrency and fiat money such USD,EUR,JPY and GBP. But later restricted deposits and withdrawals to some selected Altcoins such as Bitcoin, Bitcoin cash, Aventus etc.
