Bitfinex always brings smile on my face as they always come up with different options, they have the best P2P funding in the crypto exchange world. The other thing I like is P2P funding which allows me to margin trade. I have never faced any situation like blocking my account as well as deducting my money without my knowledge or charging very high fees. Applauds to team Bitfinex for providing great experience to its users.
Pros
- Bitfinex customer support is friendly and reliable. They solved my login issue in an hour. They got the strong team who works 24/7 for us.
Cons
- The one problem everyone feel is about the hack that can happen in the future. Nobody is relaxed just because of the past stories. But I still agree the wallets are secured and safe.They lack behind with verification of documents and the 10000-dollar requirements.
